Return & Refund Policy 

 

Overview 

Thank you for shopping with E-home Plus. We are committed to providing you with a 
seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve 
got you covered with our Returns Policy.

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your 
    purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 
  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please 
    contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery i.e. if an 
    item was delivered on 1st December, it can be returned till 8th December. Please 
    note that return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed”. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition 
    that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your 
    return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send our purchase 
    back to the manufacturer.

All items must be returned is in original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, 
and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came 
with it. All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in 
the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve 
the right to send it back to you. 
You may cancel the order any time before your order is dispatched. For order cancellation 
please call our helpline at +923000442320. 
Incase, the order gets delivered before cancellation, you may also cancel it by not 
receiving the parcel.

What is the process of returning an item? 

  • If your item does not fall under restricted categories, you can initiate a return 
    request by calling our helpline at +923000442320. Our customer service team will 
    guide about the return procedure. 

How long does it take to get a refund? 

  • Store Credit: Within 1-2 business days after quality check 
  • Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after quality check 
  • Credit Card Reversal: Within 1-3 business days after quality check

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not 
    due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Change of mind will not be entertained by us.
  • In case of any technical or mechanical issue.
  • Any item damaged after delivery by customer.
  • Due to high voltage or any short circuit issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we 
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of 
your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be 
applied to your SEWallet or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds: 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your SEWallet or bank account 
    again. 
  • Then contact our compliance department, it may take some time before your refund 
    is officially posted to SEWallet. 

OR 

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the 
same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our store 
address.

Gifts: 

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll 
    receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a 
    gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order 
    shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and 
    they will find out about your return. 

Shipping returns: 

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your 
    item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return 
    shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to 
    reach you may vary. 
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable 
    shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will 
    receive your returned item. 

We will return you money in your SE wallet or cash with our Return & Refund Policy in 7-12 
Working days after quality check.

Defective or Incorrect Items: 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support 
    team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to 
    you.
