Delivery Information – Shipping Policy: 

E-Commerce is all about bringing ease of shopping to the customer. When you shop 
online, you look forward to carefully packed items and delivery Information that reaches 
you in the time promised. 

  • E-Home Plus understands this very well, which is why we ensure timely delivery.  
  • If the package does not reach you in time. If the product reaches you damaged, it 
    adds up to a bad customer experience. Such an incident will always make 
    customers lose trust in the online shopping industry. The Pakistan online shopping 
    industry is going through a developmental phase, and customer distrust is a 
    common issue. 

When will my order ship?

  • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day 
    you place your order, it may take up to 2-3 business days to assemble, package, 
    and ship your order. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or 
    carrier peak periods. 
  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the availability of the 
    product. If a product is in stock, we will ship it within 2-3 business days. If a product 
    is not in stock, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. 

Shipping/Delivery with E-Home Plus: How Does It Work? 

  • At the time of delivery our Customer is offered check the package immediately. 
  • Validate the product and confirm the delivery. For all orders our representative may 
    take customer signature & Reciever CNIC picture. 
  • If the ordered product is missing, damaged, or different from what you have 
    ordered, the SE will take back the package. The refund process will be initiated, or 
    the product will be replaced, depending on the customers preference. 
  • Customer has to clearly state the reason of return in writing on the user dashboard 
    while placing a refund request for a clear understanding by the company.

Shipping/Delivery in non-service areas 

  • If you are located in an area which is described as a non-service area by the cargo/logistics 
    partners. For example, chak# or some village#. Then we will drop the goods at your nearest 
    official location of the cargo. Where from you have to pick the goods by yourself. Our 
    routine delivery timelines are 2-3 working days. but in the case of non-service areas, delays 
    can occur.

Terms & Conditions: Things to remember

  • Shipping/Delivery is free on certain conditions depending upon the E-HomePlus 
    representative’s decision while placing an order. 
  • You can check the condition of the Parcel, the company’s seal and colour 
    mentioned on the Invoice, but you cannot break seal of the product to check the 
    inner physical appearance, components or the functioning of the product. 
  • This service is available for the all most all cities of Pakistan including Karachi, 
    Multan, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi and many other coutries in Pakistan. 
  • Your order will be replaced in case the product is deemed not acceptable. To check

  • In case of refund, the refund will be initiated based on the payment option you have 
    opted at the time of ordering the product according to the E-home Plus refund 
    policy.

  • International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
